The views at this small hotel were exceptional. It was in a very central setting to the ferry terminal for the airport water transport.- Truly enjoyed our excellent stay for one night.

It was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent and excellent co-operating, beds were very clean. The fab location was a minute walk from Teatro Malibran. The area was secure close to main attractions, the airport and local amenities.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We had a direct view of the Grand Canal, and watching the boats go by was such a unique experience. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge just a short walk away. Breakfast in the room, with the canal as our backdrop, was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this charming bed and breakfast.
